The return policy of any consignment depends on the cosignor’s policy cause FastCODs company only take responsibility to transfer the parcel from sender to receiver, and the refund policy depends on the case such as the consignment amount or they consignment foreward charge will be refunded totally if they consignment is not pick up after booking. Once any consignment is picked up, the forward charge will not be refunded depends on the case. The product money of cash on delivery consignment will be remitted to the consignors given bank account within the time fixed by FastCODs. FastCODs may change this policy time to time for the better service.
