These Terms & Conditions of Use govern your use of FastCODs platforms such as FastCODs.in and FastCODs Direct Mobile Application (collectively, the “Applications”) The Applications are owned by FastCODs Company.

By accessing or using these Applications, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions of use set out below (as revised from time to time) (“Terms”). Please note that the Terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible. Your continued use of the Applications after any changes to these Terms are posted, will be considered acceptance of those changes. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FastCODs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use and access the Applications.
You may use the Applications in accordance with our contractual arrangement with you and /or as per these Terms. You must be over the age of eighteen (18) years and able to understand and agree to the terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.
Any use of the Applications or their contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the explicit permission of FastCODs. All information displayed, transmitted or carried on FastCODs is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to FastCODs. This site is designed, updated and maintained independently by FastCODs. The content is owned by FastCODs. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, repost, perform, display or in any way commercially exploit any of the content available in the Application or in any way reverse engineer the Applications.
You are prohibited from accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a processor, or access device or account which you are not authorized to access. You shall not interfere with or disrupt the services for any other user, including, without limitation, by submitting a virus, or worm in the network. You shall not use the Applications to send any unsolicited e-mail or other information. An user can use or utilize the app facilities or its service for business purpose intending growth of both the parties (App and User) by following rules and process.
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations, or the rights of a third party.
Information, services, names, pictures, advertisements, images and contents are provided “as is” on the Applications. FastCODs expressly disclaims all and any kind of warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Parties using the information provided in the Applications may do so after satisfying themselves that the same suits their individual requirements. The information, contents, names, images, etc. may be changed, updated, modified and/or improved from time to time without any notice. FastCODs shall make all reasonable attempts to eliminate and exclude viruses from the Applications. However, FastCODs does not ensure or accept any liability in respect thereof. Parties using the Applications may take suitable precautions before downloading the Applications or any information.
In no event shall FastCODs be responsible to any person or entity for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising out of access or use or dissemination of information contained in the Applications, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or damage to the user`s computer systems even if FastCODs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our Privacy Policy outlines what personal data we collect when you sign-up with us or use our services, why we collect this data, and how we process that data to provide you with best-in class services and updates regarding your orders. You can access the Privacy Policy associated with the Applications to understand our use of your data.
FastCODs may discontinue, suspend or modify the Applications at any time without notice, and FastCODs may block, terminate or suspend your and any users access to the Applications at any time in its sole discretion.
If any part of the provisions contained in these Terms are determined to be invalid, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, and any claims arising out of the use of the information from the Applications shall be governed by the laws of India and only the Courts in Kolkata, and no other Courts, shall have jurisdiction over the same.
If you violate these Terms, FastCODs reserves the right to issue you a warning regarding the violation and / or immediately terminate or suspend any or all accounts you have created using the Applications and immediately terminate the contractual agreement you have with FastCODs.
The return policy of any consignment depends on the cosignor’s policy cause FastCODs company only take responsibility to transfer the parcel from sender to receiver, and the refund policy depends on the case such as the consignment amount or the consignment forward charge will be refunded totally if the consignment is not picked up after booking. Once any consignment is picked up, the forward charge will not be refunded or depends on the case. The product money of cash on delivery consignment will be remitted to the consignors given bank account within the time fixed by FastCODs. FastCODs may change this policy time to time for the better service.

Relate to transactions that (a) show the personal information of third parties in violation of applicable law, (b) support pyramid or Ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other get rich quick schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs, (c) are associated with purchases of annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts funded by a credit card, (d) are for the sale of certain items before the seller has control or possession of the item, (e) are associated with the sale of traveler's checks or money orders, (f) involve currency exchanges or check cashing businesses, (g) involve certain credit repair, debt settlement services, credit transactions or insurance activities, or (h) involve offering or receiving payments for the purpose of bribery or corruption. d. Involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood of being fraudulent.
1) How can I track my Shipment ? For tracking your shipment, please visit TRACK SHIPMENT and enter your tracking ID (AWB/Order ID/Mobile No.). Then, click on the 'SUBMIT' button to retrieve the Shipment information. 2) Why is my shipment misrouted? How to solve this issue? Due to an incorrect pincode shared, the shipment got diverted to the wrong destination. Do not worry, it will be routed through through the right channel and will be delivered at your address soon 3) I haven't received my shipment and it is showing delivered? We are sorry to know that you haven't received the shipment. Please reach out to us at +91 8967139057 and your complaint will be registered for further action 4) How can I change my delivery address? As a delivery partner, we do not have the authority to change the delivery address, we request you to contact your merchant 5) Can I re-schedule my date of delivery delivery? We cannot prepone delivery of your shipment due to operational limitations. But we can postpone shipment delivery date maximum by 5-7 days. Please reach out at chat section to register a request ticket 6) Can someone else receive my shipment if I'm not available, like my security guard or neighbor? Our preferred method is to deliver your shipment directly to you in person. However, if you are unvailable and if your shipment is prepaid our delivery executive can deliver it to other person; once you share the delivery OTP to the executive. In case of COD shipment; you can pay by payment link shared by delivery executive and then shipment can be delivered to other person. 7) What are the steps for self-collection of my shipment? FastCODs prefer shipment delivery at customer's doorstep. However, if you want to self collect your shipment please take facility location from delivery executive over the call. You can connect through the number shared in the message where it says your shipment is out for delivery. 8) How can I obtain the contact number of my assigned delivery agent? You will be receiving a number to contact our delivery executive, only after your shipment is out for delivery in WhatsApp/SMS. Be assured, our delivery executive will contact you if they find any difficulties while delivering the shipment (s). 9) What is the process of lodging a complaint against the delivery executive who delivered my order? We apologize for the inconvenience caused. You can register a complaint through Chatbox availabe in app; for further assistance, please contact our customer support team at +91 8967139057 10 ) What steps should I take if I receive a wrong or incorrect shipment? FastCODs as a 3rd party delivery partner doesn't guarantee the quality or the accuracy of the product item. We deliver the same product which we receive from the seller. For wrong/incorrect shipment related issue please contact the seller. 11 ) What does it indicate if my shipment has RTO and whom should I contact for further assistance? 'RTO' stands for Return to Origin i.e it is being returned at the origin location due to cancellation or any such non-delivered reasons (Example: Customer not available, Address incomplete etc.). Please contact the seller for further clarification. 12) During COD,my payment got deducted twice. What to do? Please reach out to us at official@fastcods.co.in or chat box in app with Shipment ID (AWB) and Payment details. We apologize for the inconvenience caused 13) What payment methods do you accept? For COD shipment we do take payment by UPI Link and Cash. However we encourage payment through UPI Link to eliminate last minute hastle 14) Are there any additional fees I should be aware of? We do not charge any additional fees from the end customer for shipment delivery. 15) Whom should I contact if I have not received the refund for my returned shipment? FastCODs as a 3rd party delivery partner doesn't keep any refund related information. For further assisstance please contact the seller
